Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of www.bemoredigital.co.bw and the services of BeMore Digital ("BeMore Digital"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Employers are also bound by the Employer Terms.

1. The service

BeMore Digital provides an online job board, candidate profiles and CV tools, and optional career services. Employers post vacancies and receive applications. BeMore Digital is not the employer for roles advertised by third parties and does not guarantee that any application leads to an interview or job.

2. Free for job seekers

Registering, searching, setting alerts, creating a profile, uploading CVs and applying for vacancies are free. We never charge a job seeker a recruitment or placement fee, and no employer on this site may do so. Optional career services (such as CV writing) are a separate purchase and never affect how your applications are treated.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 or of minimum working age under Botswana law, and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications or experience.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious content; scrape or copy vacancies or profiles; attempt to access other users' data; or use the service to discriminate, harass or defraud. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Content you submit

You own your profile and documents. You grant BeMore Digital a licence to store, display and transmit them for the purposes you choose (for example, sending an application to an employer, or making your profile searchable if you opt in). You can delete your content and account at any time.

6. Career services

Prices are shown in Botswana Pula and confirmed by email before work begins. Turnaround times are in working days from receipt of your information. Revision rounds are as stated for each package. Because the work is personalised, fees are not refundable once work has started, except where we fail to deliver what was agreed.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information under the Data Protection Act, 2024.

8. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, BeMore Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of employers or candidates, or for decisions made by employers. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
